SDET – Snowflake & Data AutomationExperience: 8+ yearsNotice Period: Immediate or 30days onlyResponsibilities:Conduct analysis, design, implementation, and unit testing to produce high-quality code (20%).Design and develop automated testing tools to create a unified manual and automated test strategy (20%).Engage in product design activities, which may include research and analysis (5%).Design and implement new software, while maintaining and enhancing existing software as needed.Break down requirements into tasks and provide estimates for those tasks (20%).Ensure that code adheres to strict standards for accessibility, security, and performance.Function and communicate effectively within a software development team, including developers, quality assurance, and product & project management members (5%).Actively participate in requirements, design, and code reviews (5%).Engage in group improvement activities and initiatives to enhance process and product quality in pursuit of excellence (5%).Write documentation for both internal and external consumers, covering design artifacts, code, and fixes (5%).Mentor associate software developers and continually contribute to process improvement activities (5%).Partner with feature developers and other SDETs to build tools and infrastructure ensuring the highest standards of code testing (5%).Collaborate with the Performance & Scalability team to integrate performance and scalability into all test strategies and project plans (5%).Minimum Education Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum Years of Experience Required:7+ years in the job offered or a related role.Special Skills and/or Licenses Required:Proficiency with SQL and database functions (3+ years)Hands-on experience with Automation frameworks (3+ years)Experience in Agile environments (Scrum and Kanban) with short turnaround times (3+ years)Strong communication skills to explain complex technical issues to non-technical audiences (3+ years)Strong analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy (3+ years)Experience with Snowflake (3+ years)Experience with Talend (3+ years)Experience with Tableau (3+ years)Experience with Sigma (3+ Years)
