Job Description We are seeking a full-time Competitive Intelligence Expert to join our team. This role is responsible for conducting comprehensive market intelligence, analysis, and research to support strategic business decisions. The successful candidate will analyze data, monitor competitive trends, and generate actionable insights that enable the organization to stay ahead in a dynamic industry environment. Requirements Key Responsibilities Gather, evaluate, and interpret market and competitive data from diverse sources Conduct market analysis and research to inform strategic planning and decision-making Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, risks, and emerging opportunities Develop detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations that summarize findings Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, actionable format Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate competitive insights into business strategies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (M.Pharm., MBA, M.Tech., or equivalent) preferred 4-8 years of experience in competitive intelligence, market research, or strategy within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sector (experience in consulting is a plus) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets Proficiency with CI and market research tools/databases (e.g., EvaluatePharma, GlobalData, IQVIA, Cortellis), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to senior stakeholders Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work effectively in a hybrid setting Requirements Strong Competitive Intelligence and Market Intelligence skills Experience in Market Analysis and Market Research Excellent Analytical Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
