Job Description: Web Automation Engineer.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Web Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web automation using Python, Selenium, and Pytest, along with experience in API automation using Rest Assured.

As a Web Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure the highest quality of our web applications and APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python, Selenium, and Pytest for web applications.

- Design and implement automated tests for APIs using Rest Assured.

- Collaborate with developers, QA analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test strategies.

- Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report defects and issues.

- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous testing.

- Maintain and enhance the existing automation framework.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in test automation.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in test automation and recommend improvements.

Required Skills And Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in web automation using Python, Selenium, and Pytest.

- Strong understanding of API testing and experience with Rest Assured.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).

- Proficient in writing clear, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with other test automation tools and frameworks.

- Knowledge of performance testing and tools.

- Understanding of BDD (Behavior Driven Development) and related tools (e.g., Cucumber).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).

- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Competitive salary and performance bonuses.
