We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about the clients they serve.We are looking for someone who is fiercely curious and excited about working out how to do things differently, a quality-driven, multi-account juggling account manager to join our team.

You will have a strategic role in account management that will primarily involve building client relationships, developing new business, driving account strategy and planning, digital marketing strategy, and team leadership and development. Eventually, you should be able to contribute to business growth through revenue generation, and creating and maintaining long-term client relationships.

ResponsibilitiesLead effective and efficient cross-functional interaction within the agency to deliver client successPrioritize and manage clients’ expectationsEnsure the strategic and creative excellence of team outputs in response to client briefs.Maximize team output and efficiencies through coordinating team workflow, with responsibility for all teamwork in progress. Effectively delegate to team members and manage team workload.Be actively involved in new business efforts from qualifying opportunities to leading pitch teams.Monitoring the success of campaignsRoute and oversee strategic and creative processes, allocate and assign creative resources, and coordinate with data, strategy social and creative teamsTracking every media purchase, and overall account performance to meet revenue targets.Maintaining a detailed awareness of relevant market trends affecting their accounts, and developments in the wider advertising and communications industry.

The Ideal Candidate10+ years in client services/account management in an advertising agency, marketing company, or client-side marketing department with a strong working knowledge of Online and offline creative development, Digital Marketing, Multichannel/Integrated Marketing, Campaign managementA solid understanding of the dynamic interactive marketing industry (and the ability to “connect the dots” across channels and touchpointAn exceptional work ethic and the willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done while maintaining a supportive, empowering, and positive attitudeDirect experience with PPC, SEO, display/programmatic, social media advertising, marketing automation, and email campaign strategy and execution.Has a proven track record of account management experience and/or team/department leadership experience with experience managing a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsIn-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
