Sales Development Representative(SDR)

About The RoleAs SDR at Glood.AI, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating and converting leads. This is an end-to-end sales role where you’ll source potential clients from inbound channels and platforms like LinkedIn, nurture them through the sales pipeline, and close deals by demonstrating the value of Glood.AI. You’ll play a critical role in growing our customer base and ensuring the successful adoption of our platform.

ResponsibilitiesLead Generation : Identify and generate leads from inbound inquiries, LinkedIn, and other platforms.Outreach : Engage potential customers through personalized outreach, including emails, messages, and calls.Product Demonstrations : Conduct engaging and tailored product demos that highlight the value of Glood.AI for Shopify merchants.Sales Pipeline Management : Manage and track leads through the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.Customer Conversion : Close deals by effectively addressing customer needs and objections, guiding them to install and adopt Glood.AI.Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to align sales strategies and ensure seamless customer handoff.Market Insights : Gather feedback from prospects and customers to provide actionable insights for product and marketing improvements.Reporting : Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including lead tracking and performance metrics, using CRM tools.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or eCommerce industries.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred QualificationsExperience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead generation tools.Technical aptitude to understand and effectively communicate product features and integrations.Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
