Job Description

Responsible for MAE/Line planning project management at Bosch International Production NetworkManage overall project timeschedule, Budget and work packages with reference to customer timelineOrganize and coordinate project meetings with cross functional teams (Lead plant, production plant and suppliers)Realization of industrialization activities (MAE/Tools ordering, delivery, installation, commissioning and release)Single point of contact between the manufacturing plant and cross functional project teamResponsible to ensure manufacturing line readiness and release for series production(SOP)Prioritize risks related to project time scheudle, Cost and Quality and prepare mitigation planOrganize PGL workshop to finalize the feasible production line concept / investment requirementsEnsure project handover to production plant team with appropriate documentationOrganizational standards-(5S, HSE, Quality systems, ESD, Standardization-Documentation) implementationTraining and Development of new joinees and International Production Network(IPN) members and providing technical guidance to peer colleagues as needed.Supplier Visits and technical coordination with suppliersStandardization and documentation of Project management process/Tools

Qualifications

BE/B-Tech , Mechanical Engineering /Electronics Engineering/IEto 8 years relevant job experience in electronics and or automotive business. Exposure to international teams/customers.

Additional Information

Knowledge on Project management (PMP certification)Knowledge on various project management skill/tools like Microsoft Project for scheduling managementKnowledge on Budget and resource planningKnowledge on MAE ordering, delivery, installation and commissionng activitiesGood understanding of Electronics manufacturing process, tools and systemsKnowledge of Work breakdown system (WBS) and Bill of Material (BOM) in SAP system
