Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Thiruvarur. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, formulating and implementing HR policies, and overseeing various HR management tasks. Daily responsibilities include coordinating between departments, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with HR regulations, and supporting the employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit processes.

Qualifications

  • HR Management and Human Resources (HR) experience
  • Skills in HR Operations and Employee Relations
  • Proficient in developing, implementing, and monitoring HR Policies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
