We are now looking for a Senior Architect to join our growing team and contribute to shaping upcoming projects in real estate and hospitality.

Role Overview

The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading the design and planning process for select real estate and hospitality projects. This role requires both creativity and practicality, ensuring designs are not only striking but also functional and sustainable.

Key Responsibilities


•Develop and oversee design concepts for real estate and hospitality projects.


•Work with project teams, consultants, and contractors to bring ideas to execution.


•Ensure designs meet both aesthetic and technical standards.


•Stay updated with design and material trends relevant to our industry.

Desired Skills & Qualifications


•Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture.


•7+ years of experience in real estate or hospitality design.


•Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and practical design work.


•Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.


•Good communication and project coordination skills.
