Our Navi Mumbai delivery center is looking for passionate and resourceful individual to join our global team as a Solution Expert - IAM Service .
The location for the position is Navi Mumbai India.
Experience required - 4- 6 years.
Your role and responsibilities:
Manage user provisioning, access requests, lifecycle management and exit management across various systems and applications.
Monitor and troubleshoot IAM-related issues, utilizing understanding of Access Management, Privilege Account Management, Identity Governance, Provisioning and Life Cycle Management.
Ensure adherence to company security policies and best practices for IAM.Analyse IAM usage data and reports to identify improvement opportunities.
Provide technical support to internal and external users (employees, consultants, partners, suppliers) on IAM-related issues.
Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Security, HR) to resolve complex IAM challenges.
Document and maintain knowledge base articles for self-service support.
You will shine in this role, when you have:
Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory (AD) environment, Azure AD Connect, and related technologies.
Strong grasp of IAM concepts, principles, and best practices.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) and automation tools.
Knowledge of identity proofing, multi-factor authentication, and access control solutions (e.g., ClearSkye IAM, Microsoft IAM) is a plus.
Familiarity with IT Service Management, ITIL, and Agile frameworks is a strong advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. – Move to the Qualification chapter.

Proactive and problem-solving oriented, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. – Move to the Qualification chapter
Experience with ServiceNow will be an advantage.
