Job Description
We are hiring for a Full Stack Developer with expertise in MERN (MongoDB + Mysql , Express.js, React.js, Nextjs 13 , Node.js) stack development. Responsible for creating and customizing complex web applications

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Min Experience: 2 years of hands-on MERN stack development
  • Qualification: B.Tech (CSE/IT) preferred, BCA/MCA/BSC/MSC IT Considerable with min 75% in 10th/12th/Graduation
  • Communication Skills : Good understanding in English Reading & Writing expected. Speaking will be a plus
  • Location : Fully Onsite Position at our Mohali (Punjab) office.
  • Remuneration: No Bar in Salary.
  • Working days/time: Mon-Friday (9am to 6pm)
Required Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MERN stack development, including MongoDB+Mysql, Express.js, React.js and Nextjs, and Node.js.

  • Must have a strong knowledge of the Mysql database

  • Strong understanding of building dynamic web applications using the MERN technology stack

  • Experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating them into frontend applications.

  • Must have a strong knowledge of Nextjs 13.

  • Proficient in server-side development using Node.js and Express.js for efficient data handling

  • Familiarity with database management using MongoDB and creating schemas for data modeling. 

  • Experience in state management using Redux or other similar libraries

  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git for collaborative development

  • Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms in web applications.

  • Ability to implement real-time features using WebSockets or other technologies

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and optimize code effectively

  • Experience with unit testing and integration testing in a MERN stack context.

  • Experience in estimating timelines for requirements

Job Duties/Responsibilities :

  • You are self driven, curious, with great energy and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Complex MERN stack development and APIs integration with Redux in react js and next js both.

  • Required to work Independently on Projects/tasks

  • Should be a good team player

  • Make sure to have good hold on skills listed in Required Skills section above.


Requirements Nice to Have :
  • Client Handling/Monitoring 
  • Good hold on Project Management Tools like Asana/Trello/Basecamp/Jira etc
  • Experience with project deployment
  • Understanding of SEO optimized sites
  • Experience with AWS/Azure/Docker
  • Understanding of Frontend and API’s
  • Experience with SCSS, Tailwind CSS, 
  • Experience with Zapier/Payment Gateways/Email sending vendors/SMS API integration etc
