Job Description

Location: BangaloreResponsibilities:Aftersales Service:

Lead the aftersales service function, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues and inquiries.Workshop Management and Operations:

Oversee the workshop operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.Customer Support:

Ensure exceptional customer support through effective communication and resolution of customer concerns.Warranty Management:

Manage warranty claims and ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures.Spare Parts/Inventory Management:

Optimize spare parts inventory levels to meet service demands while minimizing costs.Service Network Expansion:

Identify opportunities for expanding the service network and establishing new service centres.Policies, Processes, and SOPs:

Develop and implement policies, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline aftersales service operations.Team Handling and Stakeholder Management:

Lead and develop a team of service professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Effectively manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external service partners.Requirements:Proven 15 to 20 years of experience in aftersales service management, preferably in Automotive Industry.B.E. or B. Tech graduate (any specialization).Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to implement effective operational strategies.
