About the Role:

As a Chemistry Faculty member, you will play a vital role in guiding and nurturing the next generation of medical and engineering professionals. You will deliver engaging lectures, provide personalized mentorship, and contribute to a dynamic learning environment.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality and engaging Chemistry lectures for NEET/JEE aspirants. - Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and methodologies. - Provide personalized mentorship and support to students. - Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback. - Contribute to the development and enhancement of course materials. - Drive consistent improvement in student performance and results.

Qualifications:

- Postgraduate degree in Chemistry or a related field from a highly reputable institution (IITs, NITs, Top Universities). - Minimum 5 years of proven teaching experience in NEET/JEE coaching. - Demonstrated track record of achieving exceptional NEET/JEE results. - Strong understanding of organic, inorganic, and physical chemistry concepts and their applications. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to motivate and inspire students. - Must be willing to relocate to Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Compensation:

- Competitive salary range: 8-24 LPA (commensurate with experience and qualifications).

Location:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. (Relocation assistance available)
