Qualification: - Bachelors in Engg. | Science| Commerce MBA Or Specialization in Materials Management preferred
Experience:- 12 to 15 years
Job Responsibilities:
1. Overall In-charge for store operations - Raw Material Warehouse, Finished Goods Warehouse, Engineering Warehouse, and Scrap Disposals.2. To work out the annual budget for store operations & optimize the store operations costs.3. To ensure proper receipt and issuance of material as per the company laid systems and procedure. Responsible for proper Receipt, documentation, and following procedures for critical Issues.4. Undertaking perpetual inventory checks of stock at regular intervals, co-ordinate with marketing and purchasing department for receipt, checking and clarification of all incoming sales/ purchase orders. Material Identification and traceability to be evident in ERP system & physical accounting.5. Raising proposals for various scrap /old items for disposal & arranging their disposal with proper documentation, contracts, GPCB-related & other compliances.6. Implementation of HSE practices in preservation & storage through daily rounds and visual observations during the rounds. Ensure correct storage / Preservation of FG/RM/PKG/ENG items and By Products. Storage of FG/RM/PKG/ENG as per compatibility charts.7. To ensure proper receipt of material as per the company laid systems and procedure. Responsible for proper Receipt, documentation, and following procedures for critical Issues. To ensure incoming material discrepancies are controlled and accounted for on receipt.8. To ensure issuance of material as per the company-laid systems and procedure. Carrying out warehouse & inventory management and monitoring the replenishment of stock items by raising purchase indents and delivery advice & scrutinizing purchase indents.9. Handling of Raw Materials & keeping record of the stock batch-wise storage, preservation of goods and releasing raw material for production based to follow FIFO systems after quality check.10. To comply to various safety, legal, quality & environmental related compliances in all Stores Operations including licenses and transportation compliances, international shipping like IMDG, ADR, etc.
