Hiring For Senior Architect in Commercial and mixed useprojects

We are looking for a Qualified Architect with 10 to 16 yrs. of experience in Commercial and mixed use projects. He / She should have ability to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction documentation. This role involves coordination with Consultants, clients, site and PMC. He/ She will be involved in new building designs, extensions and alterations from the earliest stages right through to completion. He / She should be able to Mentor and lead team of Architects and Technician to achieve the design and deliverables in line with project need. The goal is to match clients needs and to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing design and detail.
Role & responsibilities
Design Development and management
Take the brief to identify clients needs and put together feasibility reports and design
proposals
- Develop ideas keeping in mind clients needs, buildings usage and environmental impact in
line with Archit4etural trend and advancement.
- Coordination with 3d team for development building aesthetics
- Select the materials as per the client requirement/liking and the project theme and prepare
the material board for presentation
Drawing Management
Control Drawing deliverables from start to finish of the project to ensure high quality details
drawings for Schematic and working drawing stage
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and
regulations
Work With team of 4 to 5 Architects/ Technician for achieving the deliverables on time
Consultant and Vendor coordination
Coordination with structural and service consultant for design development and execution
Coordinate with various vendors for material selection
Client and Site coordination
Coordination with project managers to achieve the required design deliverables in line with
site requirement
Make on periodic site visits to check on project status and report on project
Preferred candidate profile
5 yrs. Bachelor degree in Architecture( B. Arch OR Equivalent )
Fluency in AutoCAD, Google Sketch up and MS Office
• 10 to 16 yrs. of experience with and Architectural consultancy firm in which at least 6 yrs. in mixed use or commercial projects for Senior Architects. Leading minimum 2 people in last organization.
• Should have completed at least one project of min 3,00,000 sq ft from start to end
