With a strong presence across both online and offline channels, we pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship, innovative design, and a strong commitment to operational excellence.We're looking for passionate individuals to join our young, creative team and help build India's leading kidswear brand.Production MerchandiserYou are the engine that turns designs into reality, managing the product journey from concept to collection launch.- Purchasing, manage costing, and conduct sharp vendor negotiations.- Sample Management: Oversee the entire sampling process to ensure quality and execution meet design specifications.- Customisation : Coordinate the proper making and quality control of custom sizes and requests.- Ensure timely completion of all work, performing diligent follow-ups to strictly maintain the TNA (Time and Action) calendar.Key Requirement:- Proven industry experience and deep knowledge of fabrics, quality standards, and garment construction operations.Fashion Consultant - The Brand Experience ManagerYou are the face of Tiber Taber, connecting with customers and building our brand's presence.- Customer Engagement: Manage all customer queries across social media, WhatsApp, and calls.- Provide effective resolution to queries and deliver an excellent customer experience.- Assist customers efficiently in placing custom and personalized orders.- Brand Builder: Execute PR gifting campaigns and manage influencer outreach to build buzz.Key Requirement:Strong interest in fashion, excellent command over language, and smart presence of mind.
