Define and implement the company’s product strategy to align with business goals and market demands. Drive product innovation and market differentiation.Product Lifecycle Management:

Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, launch, and iteration.Customer Focus:

Ensure that products meet customer needs and offer exceptional user experiences by continuously gathering customer feedback and analyzing market trends.Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor the product management team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Ensure effective communication and alignment across cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales).Collaboration with Stakeholders:

Work closely with other C-level executives, including the CEO, CTO, and CMO, to align product initiatives with business strategies.Data-Driven Decision Making:

Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions, track key product metrics, and evaluate the success of product initiatives.Budget and Resource Management:

Manage product development budgets and resources efficiently to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge in the market.Product Roadmap:

Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and resource availability.Requirements:Experience:

12+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in the IT sector.Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Skills:

Proven expertise in product strategy, development, and management. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.Technical Knowledge:

Familiarity with software development processes, Agile methodologies, and product management tools.Industry Knowledge:
