About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Beauty Advisor / Senior Beauty Advisor to join our team at Kimirica's Vikhroli store. This dual-role opportunity blends exceptional customer service skills with operational expertise to provide a world-class experience to our customers while driving sales and managing the store's day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Experience & Beauty Advisory:

• Provide expert advice on skincare, personal care, and beauty products based on customer needs.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and conduct consultations to ensure customers find the right solutions.
• Build lasting relationships with customers by delivering personalized service and maintaining loyalty.

Sales & Business Development:

• Drive sales to achieve individual and store targets, ensuring high conversion rates.
• Suggest add-ons and complementary products to enhance customer experience and boost sales.
• Monitor and report on key sales metrics, ensuring consistent performance improvement.

Store Operations & Team Leadership:

• Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including opening, closing, and cash handling.
• Support in staff training and onboarding to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store is always inviting and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Handle inventory management, stock replenishment, and order placement to minimize stock-outs.

Problem Solving & Conflict Management:

• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Motivate and mentor the store team to maintain a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate in any field (preference for certifications in beauty or retail).
• Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in a beauty advisor role within retail.
• Strong knowledge of beauty, skincare, and personal care products.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a team, handle store operations, and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail software is a plus.
