Senior Full-Stack Developer (Laravel + Node.Js + Flutter/React Native)- Part Time Read Before Applying This is not a freelance “ticket delivery” role. We’re looking for a hands-on architect-builder who is ready to own a system end-to-end and evolve into a Founding CTO once Phase 1 scales. Minimum 4+ years of deep backend experience required. Your Role You’ll help build the backend architecture, frontend systems, mobile apps, and integrations — collaborating directly with the founder to bring this project from 0 → 1. This is a Phase 1 milestone-based engagement that transitions into a full-time core founding role with equity for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Architect, develop, test, and deploy the full-stack Reward Commerce ecosystem (Backend + Admin + App) Build Admin, Vendor, and User Panels with role-based access control Create modular APIs for vendors, ads, rewards, postbacks, and analytics Design the hybrid backend (Laravel + Node.Js) for both transactional stability and async performance Implement microservices for event-driven tasks (tracking, analytics, notifications) Develop Flutter/React Native apps for cross-platform launch Integrate affiliate SDKs, game APIs, ad modules, and wallet systems Manage DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud architecture (AWS / GCP) Ensure scalability, security, and modularity from Day 1 Collaborate with the founder on architecture, sprints, and roadmap execution Required Skills & Experience ✅ MERN / Laravel + Node.Js expertise – 5+ years of hands-on experience with Laravel, Postgres, MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.Js ✅ E-commerce or Reward Platform background — Built or scaled transactional marketplaces ✅ Reward / Affiliate Systems – Deep understanding of postback, cashback, or gamification integrations ✅ Cloud & DevOps – AWS/GCP setup, CI/CD pipeline management, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) ✅ Security & Data Handling – Role-based access, JWT, encryption, fraud detection ✅ Mobile-first Development – Experience integrating Flutter or React Native apps ✅ Ownership Mindset – Strategic thinker with the ability to build fast, adapt fast, and ship clean Ideal Tech Stack Frontend / Mobile Flutter (preferred) or React Native — Cross-platform mobile app for Android & iOS Next.Js / React.Js — For Admin, Vendor, and Web Panels with SSR and modular components Deep understanding of responsive UI , state management , and API integration Backend / APIs Laravel (PHP) — Core transactional backend for commerce, orders, wallets, and user systems Node.Js (Express / NestJS) — For microservices like rewards, postback, and async processing RESTful & WebSocket APIs with modular microservice architecture Integration with 3rd-party APIs (Affiliate, Ad SDKs, Game APIs, Payments, etc.) GraphQL (optional) for selective and optimized data queries Database & Storage PostgreSQL / MySQL — Core transactional database for users, orders, and payouts MongoDB / Redis — For caching, logs, and real-time analytics S3 / Cloud Storage — For media, digital products, and static assets Analytics & Logging MongoDB / Metabase / Grafana — For real-time dashboards, admin analytics, and BI insights Event tracking for user actions, conversions, and offer success ratios Error logging & performance monitoring via ELK stack or equivalent Infra & DevOps AWS / GCP / Azure Docker / Kubernetes CI/CD: GitHub Actions / Jenkins Monitoring: Prometheus / Grafana / CloudWatch Notification and Engagement Firebase / OneSignal — For push, in-app, and campaign notifications SMTP / Twilio / WhatsApp APIs — For transactional and promotional messaging Event-based automation integrated with rewards and referral triggers Important to Have Experience in Reward Apps / Affiliate Platforms / Gaming / AdTech / FinTech Worked with multi-tenant vendor systems Knowledge of data pipelines and BI dashboards Familiarity with AI personalization (TensorFlow Lite / OpenAI APIs) Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for speed, clarity, and ownership How to Apply Send your application to Subject Line: “Full Stack Developer (Core Team)– (Your Name)” Include: Links to live projects or code samples (especially in e-commerce/reward domains) A short note on your experience with affiliate, reward, or gamification systems Outline your approach to system architecture + tech stack decisions Describe your experience with PostgreSQL + Redis + MongoDB + Kafka?
