Responsibilities

:
? Assist to Project head
? Addressing client queries and scheduling appointments
? Making follow-up calls
? Scheduling meetings between the client and property owner
? Assisting in preparing real estate documents and forms and sharing them with
client
? Maintaining soft copy and print records of properties documents
? Maintaining and managing a database of clients
? Helping with the preparation of listing agreements and other legal documents
? Collecting signed copies of the agreements from parties

Timings- 10am to 7 pm
