Job Title : Real Estate Sales Executive

Role Description We are seeking full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Executives for our new South Delhi office. This role is pivotal for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth transaction processes. You will be responsible for showcasing premium properties, negotiating terms, and delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Connect with buyers and investors to understand their needs and present appropriate property options. Sales Management : Oversee the sales process from initial inquiry to deal closure. Market Insight: Offer informed advice based on trends in the South Delhi real estate market. Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions to align with client and company goals. CRM Maintenance: Accurately document client interactions and sales activities. Qualifications: Experience : 1-3 years in real estate sales, particularly in the premium segment. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi. Sales Skills: Proven success in property sales with strong negotiation and customer service skills. Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the South Delhi real estate market. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field. Personal Attributes: Excellent interpersonal skills, relationship-building capability, and a genuine passion for real estate. Additional Requirement: Valid/Applied Passport for sales visits to Dubai , Possession of a personal vehicle is compulsory, or a high level of comfort with public transport is required.
