The person will oversee all IT functions, including systems management, infrastructure, and development projects. The candidate is desired to have extensive knowledge in networking, hardware, coding, and web development, with a focus on integrating external applications and supporting our direct-to-consumer (DTC) and manufacturing operations. As a leader, the person will foster team growth, ensure the security of company data, and manage IT projects across various departments. This role requires a proactive and hands-on individual, with excellent communication and project management skills, who can guide a team and can foresee and meet the evolving IT needs of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the IT team, managing day-to-day operations across all aspects of IT, including networking, hardware support, and software management. Administer and maintain ERP databases (NetSuite, ProcessWare, Tally), ensuring seamless operation and integration. Oversee the management and optimization of the company’s DTC websites across 5 regions, ensuring seamless operation and integration with supporting apps such as payment systems, CRM, analytics, and marketing tools. Oversee Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, and Azure services for the company. Set up, manage, and optimize VPNs, cloud storage, and digital file organization for the enterprise. Provide hands-on support in troubleshooting, network setup, and hardware maintenance. Manage and maintain the company’s CCTV surveillance systems, EPBX (internal phone system), and enterprise cell and mobile services, ensuring optimal performance and seamless communication across the organization.

Oversee the administration of leased lines, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and vendor relationships to ensure reliable connectivity and timely support for critical infrastructure. Lead the company’s IT procurement, including hardware and software evaluation, competitive sourcing, and vendor management. Develop and maintain policies for network security, disaster recovery, and IT infrastructure management. Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and regulations. Collaborate with various departments and external teams to ensure IT solutions meet cross-functional needs, including DTC, manufacturing, and marketing. Monitor the success of IT initiatives and regularly evaluate new technologies and tools, identifying and resolving operational difficulties. Perform ongoing support, maintenance, and audits of all hardware, software, and network components. Analyze resource utilization and optimize system performance. Lead development projects to integrate new technologies across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations. Organize and establish deadlines for major IT projects, including system updates, migrations, and upgrades. Establish a comprehensive security policy to protect company information and resources. Establish, measure, and define IT goals while maintaining an IT roadmap aligned with company objectives. Mentor and develop the IT team, focusing on building a strong, cohesive, and capable group. Conduct research and stay informed on the latest technologies to anticipate the company's future needs. Coordination with other departments and teams.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent. 12-15 years of experience in IT management, with at least 4 years of experience in overseeing and leading both development and infrastructure teams. Minimum 2+ years of experience working in a DTC business environment, preferably within manufacturing or retail. Extensive experience with ERP systems (NetSuite), Shopify integrations, Processware, Tally and Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, and Azure. Expertise in network administration, including managing on-premises servers, SANs, NAS devices, VPN’s, cloud-based infrastructure and enterprise file organization. Experience migrating and integrating systems (e.g., Oracle to SAP, Microsoft SQL to Shopify). Familiar with API’s etc. Knowledge of competitive procurements, hardware evaluation, and software evaluation. Project management experience, with a strong track record of leading complex IT projects from start to finish. Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with a focus on team development and collaboration. Ability to foresee and plan for future technology needs.

Technical Skills:

Understanding of industry-standard hardware and software systems. Familiarity with software applications such as Canva, Klaviyo, Automizely, Celigo, Attentive, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Project, Tally, Growave, etc. Working knowledge of HTML, Liquid, Adobe Suite, and graphic design tools. Experience with API, database management, and recovery techniques. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Preferred but not mandatory Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or equivalent NetSuite Administrator or equivalent. PMP (Project Management Professional). ITIL Foundation Certification. Google Analytics
