Test Automation Manager

This is a requirement for a Test Manager with experience in Manual and Automation testing & managing testing projects of large size & large teams. Strong experience on driving test strategy, detailed test plan, test cases design, test data management and functional testing/automation testing management for large programmes. Expertise in Manual Testing & Automation testing tools/Frameworks , minimum of 4+ years of automation testing experience

Manage the functional automation test scope and delivery for medium to large sized projects or work streams of large programmes
Participating in preparation of quality assessments, reports, and metrics based on test progress and defect status
Presenting test improvements and developments in daily progress meetings
Acting as the main liaison communicating between the team the rest of the internal and external organization
Lead execution of planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against the system
Develop detailed work plans for engagements, status tracking and reporting, and production of high-quality deliverables for clients
Coordinating all testing roles and responsibilities within teams
Responsible for all Test, Test Tools Development and configuration management activities
Producing the overall test delivery plan and defining the business test deliverable breakthroughs, test tasks and activities whilst determining whether automation tools can be applied
Manage a testing capability, testing team and testing process from project initiation to post-production
Implement a well-structured approach to test defect management and incident reporting Defining and completing defect management processes, monitoring and communicating the test project status
Resolve test project issues, and ensuring effective test process improvement feedback, Coordinating all corresponding test and release activities
Qualifications
BE/MCA or equivalent degree
8+ years of experience in delivering testing services for complex projects
Strong experience on driving test strategy, detailed test plan, test cases design, test data management and functional testing/automation testing management for large programmes
Expertise in Manual Testing & Automation testing tools/Frameworks , minimum of 4+ years of automation testing experience
