Job Title : Tele Caller

Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective learners interested in data science programs and courses.- Provide detailed information about courses, admission process, fees, and upcoming batches.- Build rapport with potential students, address queries, and encourage enrollment.- Coordinate with marketing and admissions teams to generate leads and track conversions.- As a Tele Caller, reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students through outbound calls.- Your role involves providing information about our data science programs, addressing inquiries, and nurturing leads to facilitate enrollment.- You will collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to generate leads, track conversions, and achieve enrollment targets.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any field.- Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.- Ability to build rapport and engage with potential students.- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.- Sales-oriented mindset with a target-driven approach.- Prior experience in tele calling or sales roles preferred.

Prior experience in tele calling or sales roles, along with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn, will be valued. Ability to converse in multiple languages will be seen as Plus.
