Job Title :* Safety Officer (Interior and Civil Work)*
Location: Ernakulam / Trivandrum (candidates should be willing to work across Kerala)

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure implementation of safety standards, procedures, and practices across all interior and civil project sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify risks and hazards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies in compliance with statutory regulations.
- Provide safety training and awareness programs for site workers and staff.
- Investigate incidents/accidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure use of PPEs and safe working methods by all workers at the site.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to maintain safe working environments.
- Maintain documentation related to safety compliance, audits, and reports
Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience as a Safety Officer in interior/civil construction projects.
- Certification: NEBOSH certification (mandatory).
- Education: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in a relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, construction practices, and risk assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to enforce safety compliance at all levels.
