We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent across various departments. This role will be crucial in building a strong talent pipeline and supporting the company's growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone screens and in-depth interviews.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools effectively.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform recruitment strategies.
- Proactively identify and address recruitment challenges.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's image as an employer of choice.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong track record of success.
- Experience with sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required.
