Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and dedicated Site Engineer to join our team, focusing on interior fitout projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the on-site execution of projects, ensuring that designs are translated into high-quality, functional spaces that exceed client expectations.
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Roles and Responsibilities:
Direct and manage the on-site implementation of interior fitout projects, adhering to architectural and design specifications.
Coordinate closely with architects, designers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion within scope.
Enforce strict quality control measures, conducting regular inspections to ensure work meets company standards and regulatory requirements.Address any issues or challenges that arise during construction, providing timely solutions to keep projects on track.
Maintain clear and effective communication with the project team, providing updates, addressing concerns, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety and accountability on-site.

  • Project Management: Efficiently manage project resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship, ensuring that all work meets company and client expectations.
  • Communication: Foster clear and effective communication among project team members, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing measures to prevent accidents or incidents on-site.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Project Timeline Adherence: Percentage of projects completed on schedule.
  • Quality Control Compliance: Percentage of work that meets or exceeds quality standards.
  • Client Satisfaction: Feedback ratings from clients on project outcomes.
  • Safety Record: Number of safety incidents or violations on-site.
  • Cost Management: Percentage of projects completed within budget.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 3 years of experience in interior fitout projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
