Inphamed Analytics is expanding its team and is looking to hire Pharma Legal professionals.

Experienced professionals in Pharma / Life science streams having 1-3 years of experience in Pharma Legal Litigation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Knowledge of ANDA Certification in US (Para I, II, III, IV) and process of generic drug filing in EP.
• Identification of the key patents/application related to pharma products for anticipatory litigation.
• Conduct exhaustive Litigation related searches using relevant public freely available databases.
• Regular updates of dockets for ongoing litigation of relevant ongoing products; Periodic review of approved business case for internal and external discussion and actionable strategies.
• Provide insights in patent related litigation and opposition to align with client requirements and product strategy.
• Preparing brief litigation summary reports for each identified patents/ product litigation in US and Europe.
• Monitoring latest development related to pharma litigation and updating internal databases for the same for US/EU market.
• Regular checking of patent challenges/ non-infringement/ invalidation and litigation activities.
• Facilitate product development by providing accurate and timely Litigation inputs to our clients.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Knowledge of various public databases for patents in US, EP
• Must have good searching and analysis skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively across multiple priorities and projects to ensure assignments are delivered in a timely manner
• Good communication skills
• Exposure to MS Excel
