What you’ll do
The OutSystems Architect works closely with business teams to understand requirements, design, and develop solutions that optimize business processes and empower employees and customers to provide best in class.Efficiently Understand the business vision and aligning deliverables and planning towards it.Exhibit Excellent presentation skills and strong negotiation skillsShowcase effective leadership and interpersonal communication skillsWork with cross-functional team members from Architecture, Product Strategy & Development, QA, Sales & Services, and other Central teams to architect and design multiple productsExpert in designing applications with OutSystems canvas conceptTroubleshoot defects and provide recommended solutions to optimize existing applicationRe-architect legacy code into more efficient and scalable designsFollow release cycles and commitment to deadlines
Expertise you’ll bring
10+ years related experience with a software companyCertified OutSystems professionalWorking experience in OutSystems architecture design and complex enterprise application developmentWorking experience in OutSystems Web, Mobile and Front-End application developmentGood understanding of the Architecture DashboardSound technical knowledge around concepts like either of C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Web Technologies and SOAP/REST API technologiesWorking experience in integrating different third party systems using REST/SOAPStrong in OOAD/OOP/UML and principles of TDD/BDDFamiliar with HTML5, CSS and JavaScript frameworksGood understanding of DevOps including OutSystems platform knowledge and CI/CD pipeline integrationWorking experience in Data Modelling using either Oracle database or SQL and PLSQL scriptingProject planning and progress monitoring using Agile methodology including budget control and milestone control issue and risk managementStrong history and track record of leading the team and delivering quality projects within timelinesProven track record in building, coaching and mentoring team and motivating team members towards success.Inculcate the culture of hackathons, technical events etc. within the teamProficient with the English language, written and spoken
