  • Proactively research and look forways to improve the product
  • Assist SM inpracticing Agile Principles
  • Coordinate projectrelease planning with SM and team for team specificprojects
  • Assist in technical project releaseplanning and deployment checklistdiscussions
  • Work with team lead to create aproject deployment plan whennecessary
  • Responsible for creating properdocumentation/ updating existing documentation on a regular basisfor assigned project/space
  • Complete technicalchecklists before a project goes live as defined by the SDLCprocess
  • Work with team lead on website outagesor maintenance
  • Participate in bimonthlyvulnerbaility scans
  • Assist SM in practicingAgile Principles
  • Train users asneeded
  • Fixing bugs and handling productionsupport
  • Completing assigned work within thebudget timeline and qualityexpectations
  • Informing team of issues scopechanges risk and quality concerns
  • Proactivelycommunicating status and managingexpectations
  • Smoke testing code changes forproper coding standards and functionality before promoting toQA
Requirements:
  • Indepthknowledge of current and developing technologytrends
  • Broad expertise to contribute todevelopment of company objectives and principles and to achievegoals in creative and effective ways
  • Minimum 8years of experience:
  • C# and .net Coreframeworks
  • MVC .net Coreapplications
  • Relational and nonrelationaldatabases (Oracle SQL Server)
  • Entityframework/Dapper/ or Similar: code and data firstapproaches
  • Microservices and designpatterns
  • Restful Web Apis
  • Minimum 5 years ofexperience:
  • Javascript/JQuery
  • Deployingcode in GitLabs
  • Serverless applicationdesign
  • AWS products and services (API GatewayLambda Apps Beanstalk S3 Secrets Manager EventBridgeCloudWatch))
  • UI/UX design patterns andworkflows for a rich customer experience (responsivedesign)
  • Nginxconfigurations
  • SASS/CSS and creatingcustomizable style templates
  • Analyticalthinking to breakdown and work through situations orproblems
  • Ability to apply Root Cause Analysisto resolve issues
  • Ability to communicateeffectively with Customers and Partners
  • Abilityto manage time to effectively meetdeadlines
  • Ability to operate independently withminimal guidance
  • Solid understanding of agiledelivery methodologies.
  • Policy distribution anddelivery and/or claims developmentexperience
