Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Strategy & Projects professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of the company, managing mission critical projects, driving key initiatives, and ensuring alignment with our long-term goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and program management skills and a deep understanding of the health insurance industry.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement corporate strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth. Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats. Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic priorities and initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects and initiatives. Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to inform strategic planning. Prepare and present strategic plans, reports, and recommendations to the executive team. Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships to support growth objectives. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a related field, preferably within the health insurance industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives and projects. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of the health insurance industry and regulatory landscape is highly desirable.
