Job Description

 

Hardware Technician 

 

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Chip components (like package size 0201 0402etc.) soldering and desoldering properly
  • Familiar with different type ICs package and there soldering  and desoldering properly
  • Familiar with Electronic tools like Multimeter, Oscilloscope, LCR meter, temperature sensor etc.
  • Familiar with MS office and other software tools like Programming tools for MCUs etc.
  • Electronics components understanding like ICs, resistance, capacitor, diode, transistor etc.
  • Component assembly on Bare board to complete the product PCBA assembly
  • Product manufacturing defects analysis and processes improvement Ideas  
  • Analyze and troubleshoot the failure at PCBA level and Product level (like Corrective and Preventive action for failure)
  • Zig preparation for setup like PCBA programming, Tamper devices etc.
  • Configure and maintain test setup equipment and component Inventory
  • Product level testing like Functional testing, calibration test & EMI EMC test etc.
  • Awareness of Environmental chambers test setups and Cross- functional teams collaboration
