Backend Lead – Node.Js
Location: Sector 65 , Gurugram , on Site
Experience: 7+ years
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and maintain scalable server-side applications using Node.js.
2.Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. 3.Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
4.Design and manage cloud-based services using AWS and Serverless architecture.  Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
5.Implement and maintain security best practices, ensuring the security of applications and data protection.
6.Design and manage database structures using technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
7. Write and maintain test cases to ensure application quality, reliability, and performance. 8.Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure high quality and performance.
9. Work in an agile environment, contributing to sprints, stand-ups, and other project-related activities.
10. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices. Required Skills:  Strong proficiency in JavaScript (JS) and Node.js.
11. Experience with version control systems such as GitHub.
12 Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.
13 Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS (including Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, etc.).
 Knowledge of Serverless architecture and frameworks.
 Experience with writing and maintaining test cases (unit, integration, etc.).
 Expertise in implementing and maintaining security measures and ensuring application security.  Familiarity with front-end technologies (such as HTML5, CSS3, and React.js).
 Experience working with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
 Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and Git.
 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Proven experience in developing scalable, secure, and robust backend applications using Node.js and AWS.
