Quantiphi | Associate Machine learning Engineer

Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Technical Architect to join our Generative AI product unit. This role focuses on developing innovative AI-driven solutions to enhance developer productivity. The ideal candidate will have expertise in system design, cloud technologies, and generative AI agents, coupled with exceptional skills in
prompt engineering and written English.
Key Responsibilities:Design and implement scalable systems for generative AI applications.Develop and refine generative AI agents, ensuring they perform effectively and align with user needs.Optimize AI prompts using precise language and contextual knowledge for efficiency and accuracy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy solutions using cloud technologies.Apply critical thinking to solve complex technical challenges and enhance AI product offerings.Write and maintain high-quality technical documentation, leveraging strong written English skills.Contribute to the architecture and design of complex systems with a focus on performance, scalability, and usability.
Key Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in software development and system design.Expertise in generative AI, with hands-on experience in building and optimizing AI agents.Strong prompt engineering skills with exceptional written English proficiency.Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Leadership skills are a plus, but not required.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in leading teams or mentoring junior engineers.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development best practices.
