We are looking for a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer with 1–3 years of professional experience to work with a leading advertising agency in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling animations, videos, social media content, product videos, and other multimedia assets. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of motion design principles, storytelling, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for digital, web, and video platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, video editors, graphic designers, and marketers to bring concepts to life.
  • Animate typography, characters, illustrations, and visual effects based on project needs.
  • Edit and post-produce videos with motion graphics elements.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all motion content.
  • Stay updated with design trends and suggest new ideas or techniques.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in motion graphics or related creative roles.
  • Proficient in Adobe After Effects , Premiere Pro , Illustrator , Photoshop , and Media Encoder .
  • Knowledge of Cinema 4D , Blender , or other 3D tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling.
  • A keen eye for design, color, typography, and layout.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and work in a collaborative team environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion design work.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in video editing and sound design.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX motion design or interactive media.
  • Knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD.
