Location: RemoteHours: 3PM-11PM ISTJob Duties:A Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant specializes in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions to meet business needs.- Gather and analyze business requirements to design and configure D365 F&O solutions.- Customize modules such as Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory , Warehouse Management and Human Resource.- Conduct fit-gap analysis, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure functionality.- Provide user training, go-live support, and post-implementation optimization.- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams for seamless integration.- Document system configurations and business process flows.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fields; a Master’s or certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are preferred.- 2–8+ years of experience in ERP implementation or consulting roles.- Finance/Retail Accounting, Pricing/Discounts, Supply Chain with considerable Hands-On experience- Experience supporting a retail environment specifically for in-store support- Strong business analysis and project management capabilities.- Proficiency in end-to-end implementation cycles (design to deployment).- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to adapt to changing environments and work independently or as part of a team.- This role is vital for organizations aiming to modernize processes and optimize their ERP systems.This position pays between 20-50 LPA depending on level of experience
