Key Responsibilities:Shift Management:Lead and manage warehouse operations during the assigned shift, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.Allocate resources MHE Operator, Labour to meet operational demands during inbound, outbound, and inventory processes.Monitor shift performance, address operational issues, and ensure that KPIs are met.Inbound Operations:Supervise the receipt of goods, ensuring that incoming shipments are processed correctly and promptly.Assigning dock, assig checker to oversee unloading, timely label printing and simultaneous put away of stocks in BIN right bin, ensuring put away confirimation in and GIR accounting in system, any discrepancy found to be accounted properly and physically moved to designated warehouse location.Outbound Operations:Supervisor and allocartion MHE Operator for picking of material as per shipment and drop it to staging areaAssign checker to check the picked material simultaneously while the pick is dropped in staging in MHE operators verify the qty and highlight in case of any exception noticed.Once the pick is completed the same checker will load the truck as per loading sheet and complete the loading of shipment.Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to schedule and optimize outbound shipments.Verify that all outbound documentation is completed and systems are updated accurately.Inventory Management:Oversee inventory control processes, including cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliation.Ensure that all inventory movements (receipts, transfers, dispatches) are accurately recorded in the WMS.Work to minimize stock discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy through continuous monitoring.

Team Leadership:Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring that they are aware of and adhere to operational procedures and safety standards.Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any team-related issues.Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high morale.WMS Operation:Ensure the efficient utilization of the WMS to optimize warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory processes.Troubleshoot WMS-related issues and coordinate with IT or system support teams as necessary.Provide training to staff on WMS functionalities and updates.Health & Safety:Enforce health and safety standards across warehouse operations to ensure a safe working environment.Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure that all equipment is maintained in good working condition.Investigate and report any accidents or incidents, taking corrective actions as necessary.Reporting & Documentation:Prepare and submit shift reports detailing operational performance, including productivity, inventory accuracy, and any issues encountered.Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions and activities for audit purposes.
