Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions to every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable product or service solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
  • Negotiate and close deals, handling objections and pricing discussions as needed.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activity and generate regular reports.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, or promotional events when required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer support) to improve customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
