About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced SEO Associate with 2-3 years of proven expertise in search engine optimization, content strategy, and comprehensive off-page SEO techniques. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced proficiency in driving organic growth, developing data-driven SEO campaigns, and establishing high-quality backlink profiles through strategic outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to significantly improve organic visibility, search rankings, and website traffic.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and optimize compelling, SEO-driven content across multiple formats and platforms.
  • Lead advanced link-building campaigns targeting high domain authority websites through strategic partnerships and content placement.
  • Build and nurture relationships with industry publishers, content creators, and digital influencers to expand our online presence.
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits and recommend improvements for site architecture, page speed, and mobile optimization.
  • Analyze website performance using advanced SEO tools and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Stay at the forefront of SEO algorithm changes and industry developments to refine strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, development, and content teams to ensure alignment of SEO initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Create comprehensive performance reports highlighting KPIs, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of demonstrated SEO experience with quantifiable success metrics.
  • Superior content development skills with English proficiency.
  • Proven track record in securing quality backlinks
  • Advanced knowledge of technical SEO principles and implementation techniques.
  • Proficiency with professional SEO tools including Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Moz.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
