Responsibilities :Coordinate with Internal Team and/or Client to produce 2D/3D drawings using Revit and AutoCAD SoftwareAble to read Input documents.Working knowledge of Revit MEP, coordination with other disciplines Revit model, clash detection, create RFI/FYI, create parametric/non-parametric Revit families, etc.Produce MEP Plans, Elevations, sections, 3D views, details drawings and shop drawings as per client requirements.Working knowledge of AutoCAD MEP & produce shop drawings.Must have experience in large commercial, residential, hospital, university, etc. projects.Consult with his supervisor and/or Client to determine the architectural and installation requirements for assigned project and to discuss any issues arising out of the processes.Seek design information from Client to ensure the smooth flow of the Preliminary and final drawing processKeeping up with related latest Architectural and MEP technologies.Meets agreed deadlines and task benchmarks set by Client/ Department HeadDocument and keep client directory of drawings, blocks, legend and details upto dateMaintain Analytix Revit models and database of Revit library.Perform other duties as deemed necessary by your supervisor.Contribute effort to achieve company-wide objectives in terms of yield, output quality and delivery time
Skill Requirements :At least 3-5 years of working experience in Revit MEP & AutoCAD MEP.Knowledge of Navisworks is an added advantage.Proficiency with Microsoft Office requiredA candidate from MEP Industry would be highly preferredGood communication skills with good spoken English is an added advantage.Able to work independently under minimum supervision, self-motivated and good analytical skills.Good Team Player, well organized, able to multi-task, and work under pressure in a demanding environment to meet tight deadlines.Thorough understanding and efficiency with company drafting standardsAble to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervisionA pleasing personality, assertiveness & a positive attitude
