Job Summary:

We areseeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager tooversee the operations of our branch at Location. The BranchManager will be responsible for managing branch staff achievingsales targets ensuring excellent customer service and maintainingcompliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Theideal candidate will have strong leadership skills a deepunderstanding of financial products and services and a proven trackrecord in sales and branch management.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Branch OperationsManagement:

    • Overseedaily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency andeffectiveness.
    • Implement and monitoroperational policies and procedures to ensure compliance withcompany standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Manage branch resources including staff finances andequipment to optimize performance.

  • Team Leadership andDevelopment:

    • Leadcoach and mentor branch staff to achieve individual and teamperformance goals.
    • Conduct regular performancereviews and provide constructive feedback.
    • Identify training and development needs and provideopportunities for staff growth.

  • Sales and BusinessDevelopment:

    • Developand implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets for loansdeposits and other financial products.
    • Drivebusiness growth by identifying new market opportunities andcultivating relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to ensuresales objectives are met or exceeded.

  • Customer Service andRelationship Management:

    • Ensure high standards of customer service and address anycustomer issues or concerns promptly.
    • Buildand maintain strong relationships with key clients andstakeholders.
    • Promote a customercentricculture within the branch.

  • FinancialManagement:

    • Overseethe branch's financial performance including budgetmanagement and cost control.
    • Ensure accurateand timely reporting of financial data and performancemetrics.
    • Manage risk and ensure compliancewith internal controls and regulatory requirements.

  • Compliance and RiskManagement:

    • Ensurethe branch operates in compliance with all applicable lawsregulations and company policies.
    • Identify andmitigate operational risks to protect the company's assetsand reputation.
    • Conduct regular audits andassessments to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
Qualifications andSkills:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in FinanceBusiness Administration or a related field. A Master’sdegree or professional certification (e.g. CFA CPA) is aplus.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financialservices with at least 23 years in a managerial role within an NBFCor similar institution.
    • Proven track record insales business development and branch management.

  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
    • Deep understanding of financialproducts and services.
    • Proficiency in MSOffice and financial management software.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolvingabilities.
