Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Data and AI Principal Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative data-driven and AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, data management, machine learning, and generative AI, with the ability to architect and build scalable systems for smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0 applications.

This role demands both technical excellence and leadership capabilities to drive the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and Lead Development : Design, architect, and lead the development of complex data pipelines, machine learning models, and generative AI solutions tailored for smart manufacturing and Industry 4.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, and ML engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements.

- Innovation and Optimization : Drive the innovation of data processing workflows, AI model deployment, and system scalability, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

INTERNAL :


- Best Practices : Establish and enforce best practices in software development, including coding standards, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes.

- Advanced AI Integration : Utilize advanced generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, GPT-3/4, LLMA and other cutting-edge technologies to develop next-generation AI solutions.

- System Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to data pipelines, AI models, and overall system architecture.

- Stay Updated : Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in software engineering, data management, AI, and industry-specific trends to ensure Solulever remains at the cutting edge of Skills and Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience : 5+ years in software engineering, with significant experience in data management, machine learning, and AI development.

Technical Expertise :

- Should have strong hands-on experience of working on Python, Numpy, Pandas.

- Extensive experience with data engineering tools and frameworks such as Apache Flink, Spark, HBase, Druid, and Nifi.

- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.

- Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies such as LangChain and other advanced AI frameworks.

- Strong background in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, with expertise in data and AI services.

- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.

- Experience in smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0 applications is highly desirable.

- Problem-Solving : Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical challenges.

- Collaboration : Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Innovation : A passion for technology and innovation, with a commitment to staying at the forefront of AI and data science.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in edge computing, IoT integration, and big data technologies.
