Role & responsibilities:


The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for retail positions, including but not limited to store management, sales associates, and other retail-specific roles. The role involves sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and onboarding top talent while ensuring alignment with the company's values, culture, and long-term business objectives


Preferred candidate profile:


  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the retail sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling retail positions, including store management and frontline sales roles.


  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and the specific challenges of hiring in the retail sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
