About Me : I'm Adam, 27, with an extensive 8-year journey in freelance tech. Leveraging this expertise, I founded a fully remote, office-free web agency a year ago. With a dedicated crew of five, we specialize in delivering custom full-stack solutions, utilizing React.js and Laravel to craft bespoke digital experiences for our clients.
The Role : As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you'll be diving into complex coding challenges using React.js, Next.js, and Laravel. Your tasks will include:
Choosing what you work on each day with the freedom to set your pace, as long as you meet our deadlines.
Continuously delivering code and collaborating with the team to streamline processes.
Proactively engaging with your team on Discord to get quick feedback on your work.
Who You Are : You are a tech-savvy developer with extensive experience in React.js (Next.js a plus), Laravel, and Git. You're a self-starter who thrives in a remote setup, values autonomy, and understands that with great freedom comes great responsibility.
