Social Media Manager - CREQ Description JOB DESCRIPTION Skill: Social Media Manager Primary Skills: Sprinklr Secondary Skills: Social media management, Social Media Content Strategy, , YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics Responsibilities Manage Data Health and Connections organic social and for paid social attribution. Manage Sprinklr platform implementation and renewal. Provides country coverage enablement and training. Crisis Mitigation: buildout and iterations to listening and care streams+workflows. Experience delivering best in class content plans aligned to broader social, brand and business objectives and then delivering against that plan from end-to-end. Extensive knowledge of the key social platforms, algorithms and how audiences engage. Ability to create basic graphics and edit videos using existing on-brand templates (Adobe Xpress / Canva). Confident working with stakeholders from various levels of an organization.
