Job description- Assistant Professor in Mechanical Department

Role & responsibilities

  • Deliver lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
  • Design and develop curriculum materials for new courses or academic programs in relevant fields.
  • Participate actively in departmental meetings and contribute to the formulation and implementation of academic policies.

Desired candidate profile

  • Possess B.Tech, M.Tech or Ph.D. / NET Qualified in Mechanical engineering from a recognized university.
  • Specialization : Design, Manufacturing and Mechatronics.
  • 2 to 5 years of teaching experience in an academic or industry setting.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of mechanical principles, with the ability to apply this expertise in both teaching and research.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, colleagues, and external partners.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates with a Ph.D. Preferred
