Position: Assistant Manager Direct Taxation Main Responsibilities · Assisting with tax audits· Filling of Income tax returns, TDS/TCS Compliance, Tax Audits, Transfer Pricing Audits (3CEB filings), Form 61A filings etc. · Computation of Advance Tax · Computation of quarterly/annual provisions for Taxation, Deferred tax workings · Basic international taxation related work: Form 15CA / CB, WHT applicability in India for international payouts· Basic Knowledge of Transfer Pricing Regulations & POEM · Good Knowledge of applicability of TDS sections on Domestic Transactions · Experience on litigation/compliance matters: Response to TDS Enquiries, Information notices etc. · Worked on Scrutiny Assessments · Well versed with the recent development that takes place in direct tax lax w.R.T corporate industries Key Requirements· Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of Experience in the field of Direct Tax Compliances· Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.· Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders.· Worked on SAP Preferably Reporting to: Group Leader – Direct Taxation & Compliances
