We're Hiring – Paid Marketing Specialist

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

At Pixster Studio
, we build
productive mobile applications
that impact millions of users. We are now looking for a
Performance Marketing professional
who can help us scale our growth across global markets.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, execute, and optimize
    paid marketing campaigns
    across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other ad networks.
  • Manage
    end-to-end campaign performance
    – from strategy, execution, tracking, and reporting to continuous optimization.
  • Monitor
    CPI, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and LTV
    to ensure campaigns meet performance goals.
  • Work closely with our product and creative teams to design impactful ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay updated with the latest
    ASO, paid marketing, and ad-tech trends
    to improve campaign effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong hands-on experience with
    Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Apple Search Ads
    (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of
    DSPs, UAC campaigns, remarketing, and programmatic advertising
    is a plus.
  • Good understanding of
    mobile app marketing KPIs
    and analytics platforms (Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to work on
    large budgets and high-scale campaigns
    .
  • Minimum
    1–3 years of relevant experience
    in performance/paid marketing for apps or digital products.
