What you will be doingYou will be development leader for one of the large client global development leadership.Proactive to identify the gaps between different functions.Lead complex projects (100+ workforce) with client commitments having multiple stakeholders.Take care of 15+ scrums for concerns and blockers to perform.Coach and guide subordinates for career development, evaluation, and discipline.

What you bring:Effective leadership skills specially under pressure and strict delivery timelinesProactive to identify the gaps between different functions .Have led complex projects (100+ workforce) with client commitments having multiple stakeholdersTaking care of 15+ scrums for concerns and blockers to perform .Ability to handle demanding situations, multiple deadlines, objectively evaluate information gathered and exhibit solid decision-making and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate clearly and comfortably with executive level managers.Ability to coach and guide subordinates for career development, evaluation, and discipline.Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of management, employees, and outside professionals.
