As we continue to grow, we are looking for an HR Manager to join our team. This role will be based in Bangalore, India.

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Managing Director, India & dotted line to the APAC HR Director in Singapore, the HR Manager will partner closely with the business for this role and shall be responsible for day-to-day administration of HR policies and procedures as well as support of all HR initiatives in accordance with corporate guidelines and local laws.

Roles and Responsibilities:Support full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, HR advisory, employee relations, performance management, employee development and exit management.Collaborate with the Regional Talent Acquisition team on hiring of talents in IndiaManage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a great experience for new employees and a smooth start into their roles and integration to the company’s culture and valuesSupport training and development programs for employees to support business growthCreate clear policies and employee handbooks that explain company operations and processes, ensuring compliance with the local regulations and governancesOversees the day-to-day HR Operations and acts as the first point of contact for employees to answer day-to-day HR-related questions and provide advice when needed.Support in the implementation of global, functional, and regional HR initiatives across APAC regionsBuild strong relationships and engagement with employees and leaders at all levels.

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a relevant fieldAt least 8 years’ working experience in human resources functions, ideally within the consumer electronics and/or FMCG sector.Strong knowledge of local labour laws, HR principles and practices in India.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to excel in a multi-cultural environmentAbility to work independently, hands-on and within a team in a fast-paced growth environmentResourceful, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
