Job Title : Performance Testing Engineer

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : Minimum 3 years

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, execute, and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter and other relevant tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application performance requirements and design appropriate test scenarios.

- Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks, system limitations, and other issues.

- Provide recommendations for performance optimization and scalability improvements.

- Develop and maintain performance test frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.

- Create comprehensive performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.

- Participate in the continuous improvement of the performance testing process and tools.

- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques related to performance testing.

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter.

- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (E365) suite.

- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.

- Ability to analyze system performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex performance issues.

- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills :

- Certification in performance testing (e.g., ISTQB Performance Testing Certification).

- Experience with other performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, Gatling, or NeoLoad.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Shell, or PowerShell.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
